1) The IceDogs make their final visit to Hamilton this afternoon to face the Bulldogs for the fifth time this season.

2) The IceDogs lead the season series against Hamilton with 2 wins and 1 loss, including a 4-3 win at the Meridian Centre before the holiday break.

3) Niagara is led in goals by Kirill Maksimov (26), who has 6 goals in the past three games. Maksimov’s 188 points rank 9th in IceDogs scoring all time.

4) Kirill Maksimov continues to rank second, behind Jason Robertson, with 12 powerplay goals this season.

5) Stephen Dhillon is expected to get the start on the road this afternoon. Dhillon ranks 7th amongst all OHL goaltenders, who have played at least 20 games, with a goals against average of 2.88 and a save percentage of .913. He has 19 wins on the season, including two shutouts, ranking third in the league.

6) The IceDogs have the 9th ranked away powerplay, with 21.8% efficiency, and the 16th ranked away penalty kill, with an 74% efficiency rating.

7) The Bulldogs’ home power play ranks 8th with a 25.9% efficiency, while their home penalty kill is also ranked 8th with 81.9% efficiency.

8) In their season series, thus far, Ivan Lodnia has 4 goals and 3 assists, Ben Jones has collected 3 goals and 3 assists, while Kirill Maksimov has 2 goals and 4 assists. The last time these two teams met, Christian Sbragalia won his first OHL game.
