GAMEDAY PREVIEW: IceDogs back at it in North Bay this afternoon

Your Niagara IceDogs are back in action this afternoon in North Bay against the Battalion. This afternoon marks the first game between these two in 5 days, as the Battalion visit the Meridian Centre this upcoming Friday. Despite a tough loss last night in Barrie, Bradey Johnson scored his first OHL goal, and will be looking for more against a team the ‘Dogs are very well familiar with. This afternoon is also the first time Zach Shankar will be playing his former team. Today’s matchup is the first of 6 meetings between the ‘Dogs and the Battalion, and surely the ‘Dogs will be looking to get the upper hand in the season series. Last season, the season series was split at three won games each, but, especially this early in the season, the ‘Dogs will be hungry for the extra points on the road.
