IceDogs looking to add more ushers

The Niagara IceDogs are looking to add more ushers for the 2017-2018 hockey season.  Join our team of dedicated volunteers that provide exceptional guest service and maintain the fun atmosphere at every game.

An Usher’s main responsibility will be to greet incoming fans and direct them to their seats.  Other duties include, but are not limited to, supervising a seating area to ensure that fans are acting appropriately and answering any inquiries that the fans may have.

Smart Serve certification is required for this position.  Costs will be covered by the IceDogs.

This position is a volunteer position, however, all ushers receive two tickets to each game!
