Niagara IceDogs Dog Guide, Bones, Joins New Team

Last year, the Niagara IceDogs and the Lions Foundation of Canada partnered to sponsor a guide dog in training. The dog, named Bones, was trained specific to becoming a Diabetic Alert Guide Dog.

We are pleased to announce that Bones has been paired with a young boy from Grimsby, Tye!

After completing and intensive three-week training program, learning commands, proper grooming, and bonding, Bones and Tye have begun their journey as a team.

We are proud to have been a part of helping Tye find his new teammate.
