Jack Studnicka and Jason Robertson named to OHL Three Stars – March 16, 2019

1ST STAR: JACK STUDNICKA (NIAGARA ICEDOGS):
Boston Bruins prospect Jack Studnicka recorded a career-high five points, scoring twice while adding three assists as the Niagara IceDogs maintained first place in the Central Division with a 7-4 win in Barrie. Studnicka scored in the second and third periods while adding three primary assists as the Dogs earned their fifth straight win. A 20-year-old native of Tecumseh, Ont., Studnicka has points in six straight contests, giving him 83 (36-47–83) over 59 games this season. The 6-foot-2, 175Ib centre represented Canada at the 2019 IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship. He was Boston’s second round pick in 2017.
GAME HIGHLIGHTS

2ND STAR: MACKENZIE ENTWISTLE (GUELPH STORM):
Chicago Blackhawks prospect MacKenzie Entwistle saved his first career OHL hat-trick for the final game of the season. The 6-foot-3 forward scored three goals and an assist as the Guelph Storm earned their 40th win of the season in Erie. Entwistle ends the season with 57 points (30-27–57) in as many games between Guelph and Hamilton. The former OHL champion recorded back-to-back four point efforts to close out the schedule. The Canadian National Junior Team representative was originally a third round pick of the Arizona Coyotes in 2017 before being dealt to Chicago last summer.
GAME HIGHLIGHTS

3RD STAR: JASON ROBERTSON (NIAGARA ICEDOGS):
Dallas Stars prospect Jason Robertson inched closer to an OHL scoring title, racking up four points in a 7-4 Niagara IceDogs road win over the Barrie Colts. Robertson registered his second straight four point game, scoring twice while adding two assists to give himself a league-leading 114 points (47-67–114) on the campaign. The 19-year-old native of Northville, Mich., earned silver with the United States at the 2019 IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship. He was Dallas’ second round pick in 2017.
