Rookies Lead Scoring in 6-2 Loss to Kingston

Tonight, your Niagara IceDogs continued their road trip and headed to Kingston to face off against the Frontenacs.

Kingston was able to get a goal early in the first, and another with less than 5 seconds left in the period.

After 20 minutes, the score sat at 2-0 in favour of the Frontenacs.

The second period saw 3 more goals from the Frontenacs, one of which was on their power play. Aidan Castle was able to get the Dogs on the board, tallying his 7th goal of the season.

After 40 minutes, it was 5-1 Kingston.

Pano Fimis tallied his 6th goal of the season on a Dogs power play. However, Kingston was able to match it scoring late in the game.

Ultimately, the Frontenacs took the win 6-2.

The IceDogs head back home for a matchup against North Bay this Tuesday.
