TRADE: Brice Cooke Traded to Mississauga

Niagara, ON – The Niagara IceDogs have announced a trade they completed with the Mississauga Steelheads. Forward, Brice Cooke is headed to the Mississauga Steelheads in exchange for their 2nd-round draft pick in 2026, their 4th-round draft pick in 2023, and Saginaw’s 5th round draft pick in 2025.

F – Brice Cooke

The Orangeville native was selected by the IceDogs in the 2nd round of the 2020 Ontario Hockey League (OHL) Priority Selection with the 33rd overall pick. Due to league stoppage in 2020, last season marked his rookie year. The left winger notched 18 goals and 10 assists for a total of 28 points in 64 games for Niagara IceDogs.
