UPDATE: Lottery System for Season Ticket Holders & New Capacity Restrictions

As of January 31st we will be allowed to have 500 spectators at our games, this will be in place until February 21st which we will then move to 50% capacity. At 50% capacity we will be able to have every single one of our season ticket holders in the building, so essentially we need to work together until we get to that mark.
As it stands right now, the following games will be played with 500 fans in attendance:
- February 1st
- February 4th
- February 20th
For the 500 tickets to this game we will be doing a lottery system to decide which fans will be able to attend each game. The lottery system will work as follows.
LOTTERY RULES & PROCEDURE
Everyone with season tickets will automatically be entered into the lottery and we will hold the lottery on January 25th. This is one week prior to our FEB 1st game, if you are selected for the lottery we will contact you and let you know that you have won. If you have been selected, you will be able to use your tickets as usual to enter the building and watch the game.
If you do not hear from us, this means that unfortunately you have not been selected as one of the winners. The lottery will be on a complete random basis and will be done by a third party to ensure equal chances for everyone.
For those not selected in the lottery, please do not worry. We would never have our season ticket holders miss out on tickets they have purchased. We will automatically move your tickets from these games to account credit that you can apply to tickets later this season, the playoffs or next season.
OPT OUT OPTION
We understand that covid has impacted many of us recently and some of our fans may not feel comfortable attending these games in February. For anyone who does not feel comfortable, please reply to this email and identify yourself as someone who would like to be left out of the lottery.
By opting out of the lottery this means that you will not be added into the possible selections and that your tickets for February 1st, 4th, and 20th will all be added as account credit. Again, this account credit can be used towards tickets later this season, playoffs or next season.
If you would like to opt out of the lottery, you must e-mail o.stone@niagaraicedogs.net by January 24th at 5:00pm.
