Dhillon named 2nd star of the night – November 1st, 2018

1ST STAR: CEDRICK ANDREE (OTTAWA 67’s):
Sophomore netminder Cedrick Andree stopped all 26 shots he faced as the Ottawa 67’s won for the 10th time in 11 games, defeating the Windsor Spitfires 1-0 on the road. Andree’s 10th straight win and first career OHL shutout saw the reigning Vaughn OHL Goaltender of the Month come up with numerous high-quality saves as Tye Felhaber came through with the third period game winner. The 18-year-old native of Orleans, Ont. improves to 11-2 on the campaign with a league-leading 2.39 goals-against average and a .912 save percentage. He was Ottawa’s 12th round pick in the 2016 OHL Priority Selection.
GAME HIGHLIGHTS

2ND STAR: STEPHEN DHILLON (NIAGARA ICEDOGS):
A great night for goaltenders saw reigning Vaughn CHL Goaltender of the Week Stephen Dhillon come through with a 35-save effort to backstop his Niagara IceDogs to a fifth straight win. The Dogs defeated the visiting Mississauga Steelheads 3-1 as Dhillon mixed in a third period penalty shot save for good measure. Now in his fourth full OHL season, the 20-year-old from Buffalo, NY is 8-2-2-0 with a 2.45 goals-against average and .926 save percentage in 12 contests. Dhillon was Niagara’s third round pick in the 2014 OHL Priority Selection. He attended rookie camp with the Montreal Canadiens this past September.
GAME HIGHLIGHTS

3RD STAR: KYLE KEYSER (OSHAWA GENERALS):
Boston Bruins prospect Kyle Keyser helped his Oshawa Generals earn a point on the road in Peterborough. Keyser made a career-high 48 saves as the Generals fell 3-2 to the rival Petes on an OT winner by Pavel Gogolev. Keyser stood tall though his team was outshot 51-21, providing numerous big-time saves. The 19-year-old from Coral Springs, Fla. holds a 6-2-1-0 record with a 2.42 goals-against average and .928 save percentage 10 games into his fourth OHL season. Originally a fourth round pick by Flint in the 2015 OHL Priority Selection, Keyser was signed as a free agent by the Boston Bruins in 2017.
