Prospects Moore and Halliday invited to Hockey Canada U17 Development Camp

Hockey Canada released it’s initial invite list to its 2018 U17 Development Camp in preparation for the upcoming Championship in Saint John and Quispamsis, New Brunswick. The camp takes place in July in Calgary under Hockey Canada’s Program of Excellence in pursuit of hockey supremacy.

Hockey Canada’s U17 camp is in preparation of the upcoming U17 Hockey Challenge, The IceDogs were well represented at last year’s U17 Hockey Challenge, by Philip Tomasino and Ian Martin. This summer, two IceDogs prospects, first-round selection Lleyton Moore, and third-round selection Stephen Halliday will have the opportunity to compete for a spot on one of Canada’s representing teams. U17 camp will begin July 21st in Calgary.

The Niagara IceDogs wish Lleyton and Stephen the best of luck at the U17 camp this summer!
